Introducing….Expertise Identification & Pipelining

We know how hard it is to find it is to find the expertise you need, particularly in what is probably the hardest candidate market we’ve ever worked in (more on that another day, for now you’ll just have to take our word for it).  We also how hard it can be to commit to a difficult piece of recruiting when you’re pushed for time, cash and resources.  We know that – particularly for startups and smaller companies – getting access to expertise is sometimes far harder and more expensive than it needs to be.

However, we also know that many companies may not have the time and resources required to identify the expertise they need, but – once identified – they are very well set up to reach out to potential candidates and perform their own selection techniques.

So over the past few months we’ve been working hard to develop two completely new people search products.  They focus on providing access to expertise, but without hefty introduction fees.

The first – Expertise Identification - offers companies access to the best available people for their open positions or projects.  For a one-off flat fee, we’ll run a number of searches (we’ll search every database, scrape every social network, listen to every conversation and network through your industry) and deliver you the 15 best available profiles for you to contact, talk to, assess and (possibly) hire.

People identification – particularly in the high-tech industry – is difficult and time-consuming, and with advertising increasingly delivering very poor returns on investment, an Expertise Identification project can be a fantastic way to reach the people your business needs.

Expertise Pipelining is a similar concept, but works on a longer-term, real-time basis.  Every time someone who fits your criteria registers their interest in new opportunities on a job-board or social network, we’ll let you know about them.  For a small monthly fee you can guarantee that you’ll be able to reach out to every single qualified person who hits the market – and hire as many (or as few) as you want, and all without needing to shell out for expensive agency fees.
